In a medical facility, everyone is working toward the same result, the medical staff are all working cohesively to offer holistic coverage for healthcare needs. OCD’s goal was to optimise workflow, streamline staff and increase safety. Using such principles, we designed and constructed a process to help our clients improve their own work process through design.
